These cookie bars are a bright, sunshiny dessert to help move your taste buds into spring. After the warm and spicy notes of wintertime comforting sweet treats, this one evokes the feelings of warmer days ahead.

Adding Vitality Essential Oils is an easy way to change up recipes. This version of the cookie bar has raspberry preserves and lemon oil. Swap the lemon for mint or orange. Change the entire combination to blueberry and lime or blueberry and ginger. Sweetened condensed milk makes any dessert delicious!

Layered Cookie Bar
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2-3 drops lemon vitality essential oil
- 1 jar (10 ounces) of raspberry preserves
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Combine crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Open the can of sweetened condensed milk. Add the drops of lemon vitality oil into the milk and stir until combined. Drizzle onto of the graham cracker crumb layer. Carefully spoon the preserves on top. Sprinkle with the coconut and then the nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Makes 24 servings.
