You fill it with herbs, crystals, feathers, pinecones, sea glass, stones, spices, sticks, etc.–each item in the ball has protective and healing qualities to cast good luck and optimism for the days ahead. Refresh your energy and clarity. Invite new energy into your life. Set your intentions for the new year and fill the ball with the items to help in their manifestation.
