Essential Oil Blends for Emotions

In my previous post, I discussed how beneficial essential oils are for managing emotions. I only mentioned 8 of them, but there are many more! Here I am listing out single emotions (obviously can’t get to all of them!) and giving a blend or two to help those feelings dissipate.

These blends are meant to be diffused or applied topically with a roller. Usually, an average of 10 drops total of essential oils are added to a diffuser, depending on its size. Open your oils and smell them. Let your heart guide you as to the number of drops of each oil. There is no strict formula here! Your inner self will let you know what you need the most in the present moment.

You can also make these blends into rollers to apply topically which is a great way to use your oils on the go. For a 10ml roller bottle, add approximately 40 drops total of essential oils. It’s the same for the diffuser–let your inner self guide you and don’t worry about an exact formula! After adding the essential oils to the roller bottle, top with a carrier oil (I love fractionated coconut oil) and snap the ball cap into place.
