October 6th-7th is the Harvest Supermoon.
This season is traditionally a time of gathering, when we can take stock of the seeds that we’ve sown. We express gratitude for the fruits of our labor, and then we prune back the stagnant growth.

It is a powerful time to find answers with journaling.
- What areas of your life have you been focusing on and nuturing?
- What can you be proud of right now for personal growth?
- What do you need to let go of that is no longer serving you?
Use these essential oils to open up any emotional blocks (and some you may not even know you are carrying): cypress, frankincense, sandalwood, spruce, spearmint
Use Roman chamomile and juniper to release and clear.
Use grapefruit, sage, and palo santo to protect from negative energy.

To enhance your intentions, a salt scrub is a wonderful way to finish your inner work. On the skin’s surface, salt is an exfoliant, but it also cleansing to emotions and energies as well.
Salt Scrub
- Combine 1/2 cup salt with 2 to 3 tablespoons of fractionated coconut oil. (You can use any carrier oil of your choice–this one just happens to be my go-to!)
- Then add a total of 10 drops of essential oils of your choice to meet what you need in the moment (the list above is a great place to start!)
- Gently rub over skin and wash away (use carefully on face as salt can be irritating.)
